My approach to design

Start with the user.

Good design starts with the user, making sure every decision actually helps them rather than getting in their way.

Less is more.

I believe that less is more, because if something needs explaining, it's probably too complicated.

Smooth, but memorable.

An interface should feel smooth and easy to use, but still leave users with something to remember.
